The Role • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow countertop categories across multiple sales channels. • Collaborate with sales teams to establish and implement growth plans for high-potential customers, buying groups, and trade organizations. • Act as a key liaison between product purchasing, design, marketing, and field sales teams. • Provide expert-level understanding of product value propositions and competitive landscape to field teams. • Lead product launches and ensure consistent brand communication and merchandising standards. • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform pricing, assortment, and branding strategies. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in key account management or strategic accounts. • Proven track record of developing and strengthening customer relationships. • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional planning, organizational, and motivational abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Ability to travel 50%+ domestically.
