Manager, IT Engineering | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams delivering enterprise applications. • Oversee the technical direction for platforms, integrations, and automation strategies. • Manage staffing, hiring, and workforce planning for a high-performing team. • Establish engineering standards, governance models, and best practices. • Drive modernization initiatives and the adoption of emerging technologies. • Partner with Business and IT leadership to define technical strategy and ensure compliance. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field. • 5+ years of IT solution delivery experience. • 3+ years leading engineering or product teams. • Experience with enterprise platforms, integrations, automation, and data governance. • Strong management and coaching skills with executive-level communication capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resolve technical escalations.
