The Role • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technical equipment, machinery, devices, and facilities. • Conduct regular inspection work and troubleshoot to resolve faults and disruptions. • Contribute to process improvements to enhance plant availability and productivity. • Assist with necessary conversions and expansions of production facilities. • Support project organization and execution. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Previous experience in production environments. • Familiarity with process technology and PLC (SPS) systems. • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word. • A strong ability to learn quickly, a team-oriented mindset, and a high level of commitment and resilience. • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
