Job Description

Systems Engineer | Stafford, VA, United States | Hybrid We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Systems Engineer to support critical Marine Corps programs focused on General Purpose Tools and Test Systems (GPTTS) and Calibration and Maintenance Programs (CAMP). This role is instrumental in providing essential program management and engineering support for advanced defense initiatives. The Role • Support engineering activities and program milestones through the development and review of key documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and Interface Control Documents. • Provide technical expertise, coordination, and recommendations to Government Project Offices, applying principles of systems engineering, system design, and requirements analysis. • Conduct detailed technical studies and analyze current and future requirements for design, testing, fielding, and mission effectiveness. • Participate actively in systems engineering technical reviews by preparing documentation and briefing materials. • Offer Configuration Management support, including participation in review boards and developing plans and proposals. • Provide Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) support as directed. What You'll Need • Master's degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience supporting DoD programs within the Integrated Defense AT&L Lifecycle Management Framework. • Strong understanding of the systems development lifecycle, system design, and implementation. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project. • Prior experience or knowledge of DoD / USMC garrison and tactical environments is preferred. • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required. • Ability to travel up to 10%.
