job summary:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

? Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback via Pull Requests (PRs).

? Implement backend functionalities and business logic to support the business processes, ensuring accuracy

and compliance with regulatory requirements.

? Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

? Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

? Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

? Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

? Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).

? If a HIPAA violation is discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the violation to the

Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.

? Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

? Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

? Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.

? Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).

? Strong understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.

? Demonstrated experience in conducting and managing PRs.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

qualifications:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? Six years of development experience

? Direct experience in the healthcare or finance fields, especially in the management of self-funded medical

benefit plans or healthcare provider connectivity

? Working knowledge of MediSpan drug data

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? Understanding of Agile methodologies.

? Working knowledge of prescription claim electronic data interchange, along with the overall

reimbursement cycle for pharmacies.

? Experience with MongoDB

? Experience with Snowflake

? Familiarity with pharmacy management, especially around adjudication, formularies, and pricing, is a

significant plus.
