Established in 2018 we provide a ‘one stop shop’ for all commercial and residential property development and reactive maintenance.<br />FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works.<br />Due to continual year on year growth, as of 2025 we employ over 75 employees across the UK and are expanding.<br />Job Description<br />Commercial Electrical Engineer<br />Location: Mobile (Scotland – Glasgow, Edinburgh)<br />As a Commercial Electrical Engineer you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site. The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the correct and compliant working order of electrical systems.<br />You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.<br />What we offer you<br />FMServ are a national medium sized, established Facilities Management company. As we continue to grow we can offer continual development, good career prospects should you be seeking progression, reliable work with fully vetted clients, and a dependable dedicated team supporting you with your day-to-day workload.<br />Responsibilities<br />The Commercial Electrical Engineer will be carrying out:<br />· Small project work<br />· PPM (planned preventative maintenance) work<br />· Reactive and emergency jobs<br />· Electrical Fault Finding<br />Qualifications / Experience<br />To be successful in the Commercial Electrical Engineer role you must have:<br />· 18th edition electrical qualification<br />· Have experience in the commercial sector<br />· At least 3 year’s experience working in a FM company<br />· Full UK Driving Licence<br />· Ideally 2391<br />Attributes and Qualities
