Trusts & Estates – Planning
- High-net-worth estate planning
- Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Advanced wealth transfer strategies
- Estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning
- Advising individuals, families, and fiduciaries
Trust & Estate Litigation
- Will and trust contests
- Fiduciary disputes
- Breach of fiduciary duty claims
- Beneficiary and trustee representation
- Probate and trust administration disputes

This is an excellent opportunity for Trusts & Estates attorneys looking to deepen their expertise in either planning or litigation, while building a long-term career within a firm that values collaboration, transparency, and professional growth.
- Current State License
- Prior experience in trusts & estates planning or litigation
- Strong drafting, analysis, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families (planning roles)
- Litigation experience in probate or trust disputes (litigation roles)
