Introduction:

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong Specialty Pharma Patient Services experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 12+ years of experience in the field and will be responsible for applying deep patient services knowledge to design high-impact executive dashboards, overseeing data analytics vendors to ensure technical delivery meets business specifications, and connecting business leaders, internal technical teams, and vendor partners to align data strategy with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Apply deep patient services knowledge to design high-impact executive dashboards.
• Direct third-party data analytics vendors to ensure technical delivery meets business specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee data pipelines, migrations, and system reconciliations to guarantee full data accuracy across all reporting tools.
• Connect business leaders, internal technical teams, and vendor partners to align data strategy with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
