  1. Executive Presentations and Solution Storytelling
  • Develop visually compelling, executive-ready presentations that connect the client challenge, transformation vision, target operating model, solution architecture, delivery roadmap and business case.
  • Tailor messaging for C-suite executives, HR and IT leaders, procurement stakeholders, enterprise architects and delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with commercial and finance teams on pricing models, productivity assumptions, margin considerations and contractual inputs.
  • Conduct solution reviews and architecture assurance to verify completeness, feasibility, consistency and traceability to requirements.
  • Enable a disciplined transition from presales to delivery through documented assumptions, decisions, risks, commitments and success measures.
  1. Practice Development and Thought Leadership
  • Create and maintain reusable proposal content, reference architectures, estimation models, demo scenarios, industry solutions and pursuit playbooks.
  • Monitor Workday product evolution, industry trends, competitor positioning and emerging HR technology to strengthen solution relevance.
  • Mentor solution consultants and functional leads, conduct knowledge sessions and raise the quality of solutioning across the practice.
  • Represent the organization in client forums, webinars, internal communities and alliance events, as appropriate
