We are seeking an experienced Sitecore XM Cloud Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital experience solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud, React, Next.js, GraphQL, and Azure Functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building headless CMS solutions, integrating enterprise APIs, and developing scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and integrate them with Sitecore Experience Edge and GraphQL APIs.
• Develop serverless APIs and backend integrations using Azure Functions.
• Integrate enterprise systems through REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Configure and customize Sitecore XM Cloud components, templates, rendering variants, and content models.
• Work closely with UX designers, content authors, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, scalability, and security.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term digital platform strategies.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in web application development with significant Sitecore expertise.
• Strong experience developing and supporting Sitecore-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Headless SXA, or Sitecore JSS.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience implementing headless Sitecore architectures using XM Cloud and Experience Edge.
• Proven experience developing reusable, component-driven architectures integrated with Sitecore CMS.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and content delivery through Sitecore Experience Edge.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions and serverless integrations using Azure Functions.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Expertise in content modeling, templates, renderings, and Sitecore best practices.
• Strong understanding of application scalability, performance optimization, and secure coding principles.
• Experience with source control systems including Git.
• Experience implementing automated build, deployment, and release processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with Sitecore Experience Edge for headless content delivery and GraphQL-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore CLI for serialization, deployment automation, and XM Cloud development workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure API Management (APIM) for API governance, security, and integration management.
• Experience using Azure Key Vault for secure management of application secrets, certificates, and configuration settings.
• Familiarity with React Testing Library and frontend unit testing best practices.
• Experience with Sitecore Personalize for customer engagement, personalization, and digital experience optimization.
• Knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub for digital asset management (DAM) and content lifecycle management.
