Role LAN Support Specialist

Duration 6-12 Months

Location Woodlawn, MD (Fully Onsite)

Need Local (DC/MD/VA)

Basic Qualifications: Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree +5 years IT/LAN experience

• Strong knowledge of LAN networking, physical network infrastructure, and port configuration.

• Experience supporting Windows workstation environments.

• Hands on experience with enterprise scanning hardware (Opex, Fujitsu, etc.).

• Proven ability to support and configure printers, barcode systems, MFDs, and mainframe connected devices.

• Familiarity with device onboarding workflows including port activation, configuration, and validation.

• Understanding of Wi Fi deployment processes (survey, approval, installation, and verification).

• Ability to operate across a large facility with distributed IT assets and multiple production rooms.

• Strong documentation and tracking skills for operational deliverables and Service Portal interactions
