Senior IBM DataStage Developer (Full-Time)

Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 12+ Months / Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM DataStage ETL solutions.
• Build scalable data integration and transformation workflows.
• Develop and optimize ETL jobs for large-scale data processing.
• Work with business analysts and data architects to gather requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses.
• Perform ETL testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Support production deployments and resolve ETL-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of IBM DataStage development experience.
• Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.).
• Experience with ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux scripting.
• Experience with performance tuning and job optimization.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
