• Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and independently drive solution development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in environments where business users actively participate in solution ownership.

• Experience supporting large-scale Power Platform environments with multiple production solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and related Power Platform technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile or iterative development environment.
