Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect with a strong focus on Conversational AI, Generative AI, IVR/IVA, and CCaaS platforms, along with hands-on technical expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. The role will be responsible for architecting and leading AI-powered solutions for intelligent customer interactions, voice automation, contact-center transformation, and next-generation conversational experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical execution capabilities with conversational AI, LLMs, speech technologies, cloud platforms, API integrations, and scalable enterprise architecture. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, cloud architects, and technology partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing IVR/IVA and CCaaS solutions.
