Role : NICE inContact (CXone) Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration : Long-term Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled NICE inContact (CXone) Engineer to support and enhance cloud-based contact center solutions. The candidate will be responsible for call flow design, system configuration, and platform support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage NICE inContact (CXone) platform
  • Design and maintain IVR call flows using Studio
  • Handle inbound/outbound call routing and scripting
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage user setup, queues, skills, and routing profiles
  • Generate reports and dashboards for call center metrics
  • Integrate with third-party systems (CRM, APIs).
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with NICE inContact / NICE CXone
  • Knowledge of IVR, ACD, call routing concepts
  • Experience with Studio scripting
  • Understanding of contact center operations
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, or scripting
Good to Have:
  • Experience in WFM (Workforce Management)
  • Knowledge of other CCaaS tools (Genesys, Five9)
  • NICE certifications.
