Technical Project Manager with Security Clearance

• Enterprise IT Deployment Project Management: Led large-scale IT deployments (Windows 11, laptop refreshes, hardware, or authentication tokens).
• Federal Government Experience: Supported Federal or DoD customers and worked directly with government stakeholders.
• ServiceNow Experience: Used ServiceNow for deployment tracking, workflow management, and reporting. Education, Experience, and Certifications- - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or change management certification preferred
• 3-5 years project management experience Job Description- Position Summary

The Technical Project Manager serves as the overall lead responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of the YubiKey deployment effort. This individual manages all contractor personnel, interfaces with Government stakeholders, monitors performance objectives, and ensures delivery of all contract requirements.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Deployment Project Plan, milestones, and resource schedules.
• Oversee execution of all deployment activities across planning, deployment, and closeout phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR.
• Coordinate approval of communications, outreach efforts, and scheduling activities.
• Develop and maintain deployment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor performance against deployment metrics and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
• Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and escalation activities.
• Review weekly inventory reports and deployment status updates.
• Ensure compliance with non-personal services requirements.
• Coordinate final reconciliation activities and submission of the Final Deployment Report. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading enterprise IT deployments.
• Experience managing ServiceNow-based initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Federal agencies.
• PMP certification preferred.
