Role Overview
Our client, a Salesforce-focused consulting and implementation partner, is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Project Manager with strong hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of 1–2 Salesforce implementation/enhancement projects
• Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, client status meetings, and project tracking
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and offshore teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and scope changes
• Support SIT/UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities
• Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders

Required Experience

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce Project Management experience
• Experience delivering 2–3+ end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle: Discovery → Design → Build → SIT/UAT → Cutover → Go-Live
• Experience managing backlogs, sprints, releases, and change requests
• Strong knowledge of RAID logs, status reporting, stakeholder management, and project governance
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
• Working knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, fields, flows, and reports

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Admin, App Builder, PMP, or CSM
• Experience working with U.S. mid-market or enterprise clients
• Exposure to Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing platforms, or custom applications
