The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for radar systems, involving verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing of radar products.
• Oversee integration activities, develop test environments, and create necessary tools for testing.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and establish effective test criteria.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Substantial background in radar system integration and test activities, both software and hardware.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience and hands-on experience with Radar Systems.
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with experience in MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
