Hybrid Cloud & Desktop Support Analyst

Cubesys in Sydney is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the single point of contact for Managed Services customers across Australia, delivering first call resolution and incident management with a strong customer centric approach.

You will support Azure, Active Directory, Virtual Desktop, Exchange and Office 365, working on-site days with a rotating Monday to Friday roster, and collaborate across partners to meet SLAs while growing your cloud and ICT skills in a friendly, hybrid environment.
