Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Manipur, India. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification through calls, meetings, and networking. The role involves preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and quotations, as well as negotiating terms in alignment with company guidelines. The individual will manage and grow key accounts, ensuring excellent client communication, timely follow-ups, and high satisfaction levels. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align solutions with client needs, track sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
  • Solid understanding of Business development fundamentals, market dynamics, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, manage expectations, and support long-term partnerships.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing services, advertising, or signage/branding solutions is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing (optional), Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
