SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives and drive innovative enterprise solutions across our global organization. This is a highly visible role where you will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to design scalable, future-ready SAP architectures that deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across multiple business domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and technology roadmaps.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, and implementation programs.
• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business executives, functional leads, developers, and third-party partners.
• Lead solution design workshops and architecture review sessions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Mentor technical and functional teams while promoting architectural excellence.
• Support project planning, estimation, governance, and risk management activities.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and compliance requirements are incorporated into solution designs.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in Solution Architect or Lead Architect roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as:
  • Finance (FI/CO)
  • Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP)
  • Procurement
  • Manufacturing
  • Warehouse Management
  • HR/SuccessFactors (preferred)
• Experience integrating SAP with cloud, third-party, and legacy applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and modern integration frameworks.
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Solution Architect or related SAP certifications.
• Experience with RISE with SAP and cloud migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, and AI-enabled SAP solutions.
• Experience in highly regulated or global enterprise environments.
• Master's degree is a plus.
