The Role
• Develop and nurture long-term advertising relationships within an assigned territory.
• Exceed sales objectives by employing professional sales techniques and understanding client needs.
• Identify growth opportunities and open new accounts with businesses in the local area.
• Utilize company tools for prospect identification, lead follow-up, and proposal development.
• Present advertising solutions effectively to clients, both in-person and through organized presentations.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, training, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge.
What You'll Need
• Proven ability to make cold calls and conduct in-person sales outreach.
• Strong oral presentation skills for clearly articulating policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivation with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Resilience and persistence in overcoming challenges and responding to rejection.
• A valid Driver's License and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
