Job Description

Travel will be key milestones and important meetings (expect 15%-30%) travel time.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Platform Expertise: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience configuring UKG Pro
Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of workforce management principles, including accruals, shift bidding, and fatigue management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with advanced XML, SQL query writing, API data mapping, and interface development tools.
Certifications: Highly prefer candidates holding an official UKG Certified Professional credential.
