Job Title: Healthcare Claims Processor–QNXT-
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Iowa)
Employment Type: Contract W2
 
 
 
Job Summary
We are seeking Claims Processing Specialists to support a large healthcare client. This is a fully remote opportunity; however, only candidates who currently reside in Iowa are eligible due to state requirements.
The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare claims processing experience and hands-on experience with QNXT.
 
Required Qualifications
  • QNXT experience is required.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of healthcare claims processing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must currently reside in Iowa (no exceptions).
Responsibilities
  • Process healthcare claims accurately and efficiently using QNXT.
  • Review claims for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution.
Onboarding Requirement
  • Candidates must be comfortable completing Face-to-Face ID Verification at their nearest center during the onboarding process.
