The Role • Manage and administer the delivery of services to meet the needs of military members, veterans, and their families. • Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders. • Develop and implement local needs assessments and volunteer program plans. • Ensure the consistent delivery of services, including coordinating with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals. • Develop outreach strategies to promote programs and services within the community. • Manage budgets and expenditures, and report on program outcomes and results. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field. • Strong computer, public speaking, and communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to balance multiple priorities. • Ability to pass strict medical and security clearances, and maintain worldwide mobility readiness.
