Senior IT Network and Security Engineer

Arlon Graphics is seeking a Senior IT Network and Security Administrator Engineer to lead the design, administration, and protection of our global network supporting manufacturing and corporate operations. In this role, you will architect, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments while managing firewalls, switches, and security appliances for high availability and resilience. You'll monitor events, investigate incidents, and drive remediation, patching, and hardening. Partnering closely with production, quality, and corporate teams, you'll ensure secure connectivity for critical systems, support audits and documentation, and lead network/security projects in a collaborative, quality-driven culture with international exposure.
