Recruiting and HR Coordinator

Best-One Tire & Service, a leading multi-state tire and automotive service network, is seeking a Recruiting and HR Coordinator to support hiring and HR operations in our fast-paced retail and service environment. In this role, you'll manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding for team members across multiple locations. You'll maintain HR and applicant records, support benefits and timekeeping processes, and assist managers with staffing needs.
