  • Analyze SAP Customer, Vendor, and related master data to identify completeness, consistency, duplication, validity, and readiness issues across source systems.
  • Write complex SQL queries to profile source data, create exception logic, support data mapping, validate rule outcomes, and produce repeatable profiling outputs.

  • Translate business rules and process requirements into profiling logic, validation rules, exception reports, cleansing criteria, and migration readiness documentation.
  • Collaborate with P2P, OTC, supply chain, data migration, SAP functional, and technical teams to identify source data gaps, cleansing needs, conversion risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Support business data cleansing by providing clear issue definitions, data extracts, prioritization inputs, root cause insights, and target-state readiness measures.
  • Document profiling rules, assumptions, field-level findings, data quality thresholds, scorecard definitions, open questions, risks, and decisions.
  • Support source-to-target analysis, mock load preparation, data validation, defect investigation, reconciliation activities, and pre-migration readiness reporting.
  • Investigate data defects and exceptions, determine likely root causes, and recommend remediation paths in partnership with the Data Lead and business teams.
  • Escalate blockers, risks, and critical data quality issues with clear impact statements, recommended actions, owners, and next steps.
  •  Provide hands-on analytical support across profiling, score-carding, rule discovery, cleansing target definition, validation, readiness reporting, and issue resolution.

  •  Experience supporting data migration, mock loads, validation cycles, defect triage, cutover preparation, or readiness reporting is preferred.
  •  JDE knowledge or experience analyzing JDE source data is a plus.
  •  Strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with large datasets.
