Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET-based web applications and backend services.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and application enhancements while following SDLC best practices.
   

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience in .NET application development with strong SQL/database development experience in enterprise environments.
Technical Skills	.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, Entity Framework, MVC, Visual Studio
Business / Domain Skills	Software Development, Application Development, Database Management, SDLC, Problem Solving, Team Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technology stack.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
