Role: Associate - Finance Operations (Balance & Documents Collection)

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: 0-3 Years

CTC: 3.5 - 4lpa

Working Days: 6 Days a Week


Job Responsibilities:

  • Connect with learners to follow up on pending balance payments and required documentation.
  • Collect and verify financial and academic documents from learners.
  • Ensure timely closure of pending cases while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve learner queries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems with case details.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring a seamless learner experience.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • For South India locations, proficiency in the respective local language is mandatory.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
