Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules and experience delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and support one or more SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning (LMS), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, or Time Management.
• Perform system configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.
• Work with integration teams on SAP CPI/Integration Suite and third-party HR systems.
• Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
• Knowledge of Business Rules, MDF, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Integration Center, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in any module.
• Experience with SAP CPI/Integration Suite and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
