Job Description

Job Title: Senior Analyst – Data Quality & Automation (Material Master)

Location: Remote (United States – Must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours)

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments across enterprise systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and root causes.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, Python, RPA, or ETL tools to reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor data quality KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Business stakeholders to improve Material Master data quality.
  • Maintain master data standards, governance documentation, SOPs, and business process documentation.
  • Support master data initiatives involving Material Master, BOM, Inventory, and related domains.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation during system implementations and data migration activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Management, Master Data Management (MDM), or Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Python, RPA, or ETL platforms.
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and Material Master data.
  • Experience with data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and Agile environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance principles.
  • Experience with Material Master, BOM, Inventory, and Supply Chain master data.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other BI reporting tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience.
  • Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience.
