Job Title: Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Architect

Location – Remote

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions.
  • Gather business requirements from Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Configure compensation plans, commission rules, quotas, and territories.
  • Integrate ICM platforms with CRM, ERP, and HR systems.
  • Develop and support data integrations, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with ICM/SPM tools such as Anaplan, Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions, or Oracle ICM.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation and commission processes.
  • SQL, Data Modeling, and ETL knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
