Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with a proven track record of driving large-scale, complex programs to success. This role requires strong expertise in delivery methodologies, exceptional leadership across global teams, and the ability to manage high-stakes customer relationships with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Methodologies: Apply deep knowledge of SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile, with hands-on experience in at least one or two methodologies.
  • Global Team Leadership: Lead and integrate onshore and offshore teams, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and seamless execution.
  • Domain Expertise: Bring relevant industry knowledge to align delivery outcomes with customer needs, particularly for our large enterprise accounts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, including account teams (e.g., Sree, Jay from Relations Team), to drive alignment and satisfaction.
  • Complex Negotiations: Navigate challenging delivery scenarios with confidence, employing proven negotiation strategies to achieve win win outcomes.
  • Performance Excellence: Understand and deliver against key success metrics, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Mapping: Translate customer priorities into actionable delivery strategies, ensuring outcomes that strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Large-Scale Delivery: Oversee and execute complex delivery programs, balancing scope, timelines, and quality to exceed expectations.
