Job Description

Business Analyst / Product Designer (R&D Medicines) || Remote

Must-Have Skills

  • Pharma clinical supply chain experience.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and landscape.
  • Strong business process analysis and design experience.
  • Hands-on product design / digital product experience.
  • Experience with GxP-regulated applications / products.
  • Workshop facilitation experience to help harmonize divergent business processes into one target design.
  • Rapid wireframing/prototyping (Figma or similar) to validate harmonized processes with stakeholders before build.
  • Working knowledge of integrations and master data governance.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP/SAP or supply chain transformation programs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Background in data-driven continuous improvement and harmonization initiatives.
  • Comfort operating within a defined governance/RACI structure knowing when to decide versus when to escalate.
