Investran support

Job Description:

Fund Accounting

• Maintain books and records for Private Equity funds and related entities
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly NAV packages and financial statements
• Perform bank and portfolio reconciliations
• Track investment activity (funding, exits, valuations)
• Calculate management fees, carried interest, and expense allocations
• Support audits and investor reporting

Investran Support

• Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Investran
• Perform data uploads, validations, and reconciliations within the system
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors
• Support system upgrades, testing (UAT), and enhancements
• Maintain chart of accounts, investor data, and fund structures in the system
• Generate and customize reports from Investran

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Private Equity / Alternative Investment fund accounting
• Strong hands-on experience with Investran (core requirement)
• Good understanding of fund structures (GP/LP), capital activity, and waterfalls
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
• Strong Excel skills
