Field Sales Representative | Hamburg, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring for a leading German media company that excels in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, complemented by Digital & Dialog Media and DaaS & E-Commerce. The Role • Identify and approach potential new clients, primarily regional SMEs, through independent research and cold outreach (in-person or by phone). • Conduct needs analyses during client meetings, present tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and close deals. • Foster long-term client relationships through ongoing support post-contract. • Utilize an intensive onboarding program to build foundational knowledge and excel in practical sales application. • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through e-learning and training sessions. What You'll Need • Proven experience in sales, particularly in new client acquisition. • A driver's license (Class B) for daily field sales activities. • Empathy and strong closing skills to understand client needs and convert prospects. • Drive and discipline to achieve KPIs and persist in the face of rejection. • Success-oriented mindset, motivated by performance-based compensation. • Self-responsibility and a hands-on approach to structuring your sales week independently. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluent German proficiency.
