Full Stack Engineer – React / Python  W2 Only

Introduction:

Seeking a Full Stack Engineer to support an Enterprise Technology business unit. This role is primarily frontend-focused (70/30) with strong hands-on experience in React.js and Python.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining frontend applications using React.js
• Implementing backend functionality using Python
• Utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Working with Generative AI technologies like Copilot and Claude for AI-assisted development
• Utilizing relational databases and SQL for data management
• Collaborating with team members on full-stack development projects

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong frontend development experience with React.js
• Backend development experience with Python (strongly preferred over .NET)
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Knowledge of Generative AI technologies
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Full-stack development experience with a 70% Frontend / 30% Backend focus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SQL Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of Dataverse
