The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support. • Respond to a variety of call-outs, from battery and tyre issues to complex fault-finding. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish each shift from the comfort of your own driveway. • Operate as a proud ambassador for the brand, combining technical expertise with outstanding member service. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
