Description
Join our team as an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. 
This contract role involves supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting, utilizing a variety of business intelligence tools. 
Candidates should have experience in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in a generic database query language and a dashboarding tool.

Key Responsibilities
Create and update basic reports and dashboards following standard procedures.
Identify trends or patterns and prepare ongoing reports to support business decisions.
Partner with senior staff to define specifications for reports and analysis.
Support team projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to data governance procedures.
Produce actionable reports showing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in a generic database query language, including query optimization.
Experience designing scalable dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
Skill in communicating data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical audiences.
