Description
This position involves supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting. 
Located in a regional setting with a hybrid work model, the role requires analyzing business problems using business intelligence tools. 
The candidate will be expected to work under supervision, contributing to operational goals with moderate proficiency in data analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities
Follow standard procedures to create and update reports and dashboards.
Identify trends or patterns to support business decisions.
Collaborate with leaders to define specifications for reports and analysis.
Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in structured query languages and data manipulation.
Experience designing scalable dashboards and reporting solutions.
Effective communication skills for data analysis and visualizations.
