• Format: Online, practical workshops
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6-9pm

What you ll learn

• Social Media Management: Build your brand and create engaging content across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Web Design: Build user-friendly websites using no-code tools and UX/UI principles.
• AI & Creative Tools: Use AI and tools including Canva to enhance marketing and design.
• Search Engine Optimisation: Apply SEO techniques to improve online visibility.
• Digital Analytics: Track performance and use insights to improve your digital activity.

Career Pathway

• Develop skills relevant to creative digital roles such as Social Media Assistant, Digital Content Assistant or Trainee Web Designer.
• You ll receive an introduction to our hiring partner, interview preparation workshops and six months access to online employability courses, alongside tailored mentoring to grow or launch your own business.

To be eligible, you must:

• Live in the West Midlands.
• Be aged 19 or over.
• Earn below the gross annual wage cap of £34,194.
• Not currently be undertaking other government-funded training.
• Not be in the UK on a student, graduate, postgraduate or sponsored visa, or as a dependent of someone who is
