SAP Concur Test Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for a global SAP Concur implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Concur testing, test management, and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live activities across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing lifecycle for a global SAP Concur implementation.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test schedules.

• Coordinate the execution of 200+ manual test scripts across multiple business functions.

• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live readiness.

• Track test execution, defects, risks, and overall testing progress using Azure DevOps.

• Work closely with business users, project managers, developers, and implementation partners to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Prepare and present testing metrics and status reports to project stakeholders.

• Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule while maintaining quality standards.

• Support defect triage, regression testing, and post-Go-Live validation.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Test Management.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementation or testing projects.

• Strong experience managing large-scale manual testing efforts involving 200+ test cases/scripts.

• Proven experience leading SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.

• Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global SAP implementation or rollout programs.

• Experience working with implementation partners such as Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar consulting firms.

• Knowledge of Expense Management, Travel Management, or Finance business processes within SAP Concur.

• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
