Tower Lead - Enterprise Data Office (EDO) - Asset Management

We are seeking an experienced Tower Lead to lead enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives within the Asset Management domain. This leadership role is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the Data Tower, including strategy, architecture, governance, stakeholder management, and execution across multiple enterprise data workstreams.

• Lead enterprise-wide Data Tower initiatives within an Enterprise Data Office (EDO) transformation program.
• Define and execute enterprise data strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, and Data Governance.
• Drive program planning, delivery governance, budgeting, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
• Design and implement modern data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse, Azure, AWS, and dbt.
• Establish scalable architectures supporting batch, streaming, and real-time data processing.
• Lead the development of enterprise data pipelines, ELT/ETL frameworks, automation, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data solutions supporting Portfolio Management, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Client Reporting, and Investment Operations.
• Define enterprise data standards, governance frameworks, and best practices while optimizing cloud performance and cost.

• Strong experience with Databricks, dbt, Apache Airflow, Azure, and AWS.
• Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Governance, Modern Data Platforms, and Cloud Architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data transformation programs and managing multiple delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks, CI/CD, automation, and data observability.
• Experience working within the Asset Management or Investment Management domain is required.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership skills.
