Title Business System Analyst with CRM

Position Fulltime with client

Location Remote

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses, and Affiliations:

• Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred)
• At least 3 years experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
• Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
• Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing)
• Familiarity with analytics
• Knowledgeable and experienced working in a regulated environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa)
• Ability to translate, comprehend, and action both business and technical needs
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated, creative problem solver, proactive, adaptable, and curious
• Organized planner with project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus)
• Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems
