Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Architect to lead the design, architecture, and
implementation of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Reltio Data
Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MDM architecture, Customer
360 solutions, data modeling, integration architecture, data governance, and SaaS-based MDM
modernization.
The Reltio MDM Architect will be responsible for defining scalable MDM solutions that enable
trusted master data across enterprise applications, including CRM, ERP, analytics platforms,
and downstream business systems. This role requires strong collaboration with business
stakeholders, data governance teams, enterprise architects, application teams, and
implementation teams to deliver high-quality master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Design and implement enterprise-scale Reltio MDM solutions supporting Customer
360, Party 360, Supplier 360, Product 360, and other business domains.
 Define Reltio solution architecture, including entity models, relationships, attributes,
hierarchies, crosswalks, match rules, merge strategies, and survivorship rules.
 Lead MDM modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy on-premise MDM
platforms to Reltio SaaS MDM.
 Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with enterprise data
architecture standards.
 Design and implement data mastering strategies to create trusted golden records across
multiple source systems.
 Define data quality frameworks, validation rules, stewardship processes, and
governance models.
 Architect integrations between Reltio and enterprise applications using REST APIs,
event-driven architecture, batch interfaces, and integration platforms.
 Collaborate with CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Analytics teams to enable
enterprise data consumption.
 Provide technical leadership during design, development, testing, deployment, and
production support phases.
 Review technical designs, integration specifications, mapping documents, and
implementation approaches.
 Establish best practices for Reltio configuration, performance optimization, security, and
operational support.
 Support data migration activities including source analysis, data profiling, cleansing,
transformation, and reconciliation.
 Work closely with business data stewards to define ownership, governance policies, and
data quality metrics.
 Mentor development teams and provide guidance on Reltio implementation standards.

Required Qualifications
 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Architecture, or
Enterprise Data Management.
 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio Data Cloud / Reltio MDM platform.
 Strong understanding of MDM concepts including:
o Golden Record Management
o Match & Merge
o Survivorship Rules
o Data Quality Management
o Hierarchy Management
o Data Stewardship
o Reference Data Management
 Experience designing Customer 360 / Party 360 solutions.
 Strong experience with JSON-based data modeling and Reltio entity configuration.
 Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
 Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
 Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and modern data architectures.
 Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
