Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Consultant in Knoxville, TN to support enterprise transformation initiatives.

Summary:
This role will focus initially on culture-related programs and evolve into supporting legal operations, procurement, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and adapts change strategies to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct organizational assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments
* Develop and execute change management, communication, and engagement strategies
* Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify gaps and adoption risks
* Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
* Create executive communications and support leader readiness activities
* Measure change adoption, engagement, and program effectiveness
* Partner with business and technical teams to drive successful change outcomes
* Support transformation initiatives across culture, legal, procurement, and compliance functions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
* Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change communications, and impact assessments
* Experience supporting large-scale business or operational transformations
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships
* Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
* Knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prosci or similar OCM certification
* Experience with culture transformation initiatives
* Legal operations, procurement transformation, or GRC experience
* Regulatory or compliance program experience
* Corporate communications background

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
