Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of strategic, technology, and business initiatives. This role is being considered for an offshore transition and requires a highly organized professional with proven experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring alignment with global teams in an offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects across business and technology functions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving resolution.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage resource allocation.

Qualifications, Skills:

• 8-12 years of project management experience, preferably delivering enterprise technology, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Experience working with global, distributed, or offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or
• Strong problem-solving, planning, risk management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with PMO governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and executive reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification is preferred
