We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Digital & Technology Leadership team and help shape the future of technology across GenesisCare.

Reporting directly to our Chief Digital & Information Officer, this is a senior, hands-on role with broad influence across the organisation. You'll shape our enterprise architecture strategy and technology direction, while building strong relationships, influencing change and bringing our teams and stakeholders on the journey as our enterprise architecture capability matures.

Working across clinical systems, digital, data, cloud, cyber security and emerging technologies including AI, you'll connect our clinical and business priorities with practical technology solutions that support our patients, clinicians and teams.

This permanent full-time role is ideally based in Sydney, however we're open to considering Melbourne or Brisbane-based candidates for the right person.

The role

As our Enterprise Architect, you'll be the senior technical voice across Digital & Technology, working independently to establish and mature our enterprise architecture capability in an environment where formal EA practices are still developing.

Specifically, you will:

• Shape GenesisCare's enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps and technology direction.
• Develop and document GenesisCare's current and target-state architecture, establishing a clear foundation for future technology direction.
• Establish practical architecture governance, forums and decision-making frameworks.
• Translate clinical and business priorities into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Simplify our technology landscape, reducing duplication and technical debt while improving integration and interoperability.
• Build strong relationships with external vendors and strategic partners, providing architectural direction and ensuring solutions align with GenesisCare's broader technology strategy.
• Provide technical leadership across clinical systems, digital, data, cloud, cyber security, AI and emerging technologies.
• Partner with senior leaders and technology teams across the organisation to turn strategy into practical outcomes.
