Process Engineer

Process Engineer (Contract-to-Hire) - cGMP Manufacturing

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environments. This 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity supports capital projects, production optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve production line performance, equipment uptime, and operational efficiency


• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions


• Support capital projects involving manufacturing equipment and control systems


• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Production teams to ensure compliance and product quality


• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies


• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or related preferred)


• 5-8 years of Process Engineering experience in cGMP-regulated manufacturing


• Experience with pharmaceutical solutions, solvents, or similar products preferred


• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations


• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Assignment Details:

• Location: Paris, KY


• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional 6:00 AM start, overtime as needed)


• Pay Rate: $53.00/hour
