Warranty Co-Ordinator

We’re Hiring | Warranty Co-Ordinator

As our portfolio of delivered vessels continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Warranty Co-Ordinator to join our Project Services team.

Acting as a key point of contact for our clients following vessel delivery, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating warranty claims and post-delivery support , working with customers, our production teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure issues are investigated and resolved effectively.

We’re looking for someone with:

✔️ Experience in after-sales, warranty or service management

✔️ Strong customer-facing and communication skills

✔️ Good technical understanding of vessels and marine operations

✔️ Excellent organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail

The role can be based at our shipyard in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight or our Southampton office , with occasional travel required to support vessels and customers.
